I need to report suspicious activity in my SmartPay account. Who do I contact?

If you notice any suspicious activity in your Smartpay account, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact Airwallex Immediately: Reach out to Airwallex as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing them at support@airwallex.com then raise your concerns with Carwow by using the Contact Support button below.

  2. Provide Details: In your message, include specific details about the unusual transactions, such as the transaction dates, amounts, and any other relevant information.

  3. Secure Your Account: For your safety, change your account password immediately. This will ensure your account is protected while Airwallex investigates your report.

  4. Update your 2FA: Contact the Carwow SmartPay Support Team to have your 2-Factor Authentication profile reset.

  5. Follow Up: Airwallex will investigate your report and keep you informed about the findings and any additional necessary actions.

Prompt reporting helps us ensure the security of your account and protect your funds.
