Carwow Top Rated Partners 2026 - Terms & Conditions

  1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:
    “Awarded” means partners who are awarded as “Carwow Top Rated 2026” by Carwow;
    “Carwow Top Rated Logo” means the logo that Carwow shall send the Accredited partners, which may be used by the recipients as set out in these Terms and Conditions;
    “Carwow Dealer Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Carwow and retailer partners;
    “Carwow IP” means Carwow’s trademarks, name, logos, branding and all other Intellectual Property Rights belonging to Carwow, including (without limitation) the Carwow Top Rated Logo; and
    “Carwow Website” means www.carwow.co.uk.

  2. To be eligible to be Awarded, the partner must meet a specified set of qualifying criteria as determined by Carwow in the applicable calendar year.
    ​

  3. Qualifying criteria means the internal criteria which Carwow shall determine from time to time and apply to partners, in its sole discretion, in respect of the performance of the partners on the Carwow Platform.
    ​

  4. Carwow’s decision regarding any aspect of the certification is final and binding.
    ​

  5. Each Awarded partner shall be sent (i) an email containing downloadable digital assets containing the Carwow Top Rated Logo and information pack; and (ii) a physical information pack containing physical “Carwow Top Rated” assets which the Awarded partner is encouraged to use in their own marketing activities subject to following as closely as is possible the instructions provided by Carwow within these.

  6. By downloading the Carwow Top Rated Logo, the partner agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times.
    ​

  7. The Awarded partners shall comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to it in writing by Carwow related to the certification.
    ​

  8. The Awarded partners shall not (and shall not assist any other person to) (i) edit, alter or modify the Carwow Top Rated Logo in any way; (ii) use the Carwow Top Rated Logo or other Carwow IP except as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) do or omit to do anything to diminish Carwow’s rights in respect of the Carwow IP.

  9. The Awarded partners acknowledge and agree that all copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in the Carwow Top Rated Logo shall vest in Carwow. Carwow shall retain ownership of the Carwow IP at all times.

  10. Each Awarded partner shall ensure that its use of the Carwow Top Rated Logo does not, in Carwow’s sole discretion, reflect unfavourably on Carwow’s reputation, brand, Carwow IP and/or services.

  11. Carwow will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to the Awarded partners or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of use of the Carwow Top Rated Logo or any Carwow IP.
    ​

  12. Each Awarded partner shall indemnify Carwow against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred by Carwow arising out of or in connection with that Awarded partner’s use of the Carwow Top Rated Logo.

  13. In the event that Carwow becomes aware of or reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Carwow Partner Terms and Conditions by an Awarded partner or where Carwow has reason to believe that the standard of behaviour of the Awarded Partners has fallen below the standards expected in the Carwow Code of Car-Changing, Carwow may require that partner to cease its use of the Carwow Top Rated Logo immediately upon receipt of such a cessation request and provide evidence of this.

  14. Carwow reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw these Terms and Conditions, or the Carwow Top Rated Logo, at any point with immediate effect.
    ​

  15. Awarded partners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Carwow Top Rated 2026 campaign, including the publication of details of the Awarded partners on the Carwow Website.
    ​

  16. Where an Awarded partner ceases to be a Carwow partner, the partner shall, at Carwow’s election, promptly return or destroy any digital or physical assets provided by Carwow to the partner, including (but not limited to) the Carwow Top Rated Logo.
    ​

  17. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
