If you were unable to complete your KYC application, don’t worry! Your progress has been saved and you can easily resume the process by following these steps:
Login to your Carwow account
Click the SmartPay menu
You’ll be prompted to review and agree to the T&Cs and privacy policy
You’ll be taken back to the KYC application
Continue where you left off
Submit your KYC application for review
You will receive an email once the application review is complete
