Once you’ve funded your Carwow SmartPay wallet, and the funds have reached our banking partner, your balance will typically be updated within a few minutes. However, there may be instances where you may experience delays.

Here are a few things that may cause delays in your balance update:

  1. Your bank’s processing times: Check what your bank’s processing time is for bank transfers. This could be the cause of the delay. For example if the transfer is reviewed under APP fraud monitoring tools.

  2. The transaction hasn’t been completed: Check your banking app to see if the funding transaction has been processed, failed, or is still pending.

  3. We need additional information about this transaction: Check your emails for Carwow communication. If we need additional information to process your transaction we’ll let you know via email. Prompt action is essential to resolve this situation.
