My payment was unsuccessful. What to do next?

If your payment was unsuccessful the most common reasons would be due to:

  1. Issues with the recipient’s bank: There may be an error in the recipient's account details provided, or the account may have been closed or have restrictions applied.

  2. Technical Issues: There might be a temporary technical issue with our payment system or your internet connection.

  3. Fraud Detection: The recipient’s bank might have flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent and blocked it for security reasons.

When a payment is cancelled, the reason for cancellation will be displayed on the payment page. Additionally, you will find detailed instructions for the next steps to take in response to the cancellation.

Make sure to follow the instructions provided on the payment page.
