No, there are no fees associated with the closure of your account.
How long does it take to close my Carwow Wallet?
We’ll work on your request as fast as possible, however, it may take a few days before your Carwow Wallet is officially closed as Airwallex will need to ensure there are no transactions pending settlement, and that your balance, should you hold any at that time, is duly refunded to your predefined withdrawal account. You will receive a confirmation email once your Carwow Wallet is closed.
Can I reactivate my Carwow Wallet after closing it?
You may be able to reopen your Carwow Wallet if you’ve changed your mind. Please note that you may be required to submit a new KYC (know your customer) application. If you wish to reactivate your Carwow Wallet account please get in touch with our Carwow Wallet support team.
Will I still be able to participate in auctions and purchase cars?
If you’ve decided to close your Carwow Wallet, you can still use your Carwow account, participate in auctions, and make car purchases. You will just need to arrange payments outside our platform.
