The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is an essential step in ensuring a safe and compliant experience for all Carwow Wallet users. To help you navigate this process smoothly, follow the clear steps outlined below:

Log in to Your Carwow Account: Begin by ensuring you are logged into your Carwow account and that you're the person specifically assigned for the purpose of completing the KYC process.

Navigate to the Wallet Menu: Once you are logged in, look for the newly introduced "Wallet" menu option on the left navigation bar. By clicking on this menu, you will be prompted to initiate the KYC process.

Follow the On-Screen Prompts: After accessing the Wallet menu, carefully follow the on-screen prompts. These steps will involve verifying your identity and providing the necessary information to complete your KYC verification.

What Should I Do If I Don’t See the "Wallet" Menu?

If, for any reason, the "Wallet" menu is not visible on your screen, try the following troubleshooting steps below.

Refresh Your Page: Sometimes, a simple page refresh can resolve display issues.

Log Out and Log Back In: Signing out and then back in can re-establish your connection to the platform.

If the menu is still absent after these attempts, don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer support team for prompt assistance. We are here to help!

Can I Begin the KYC Process Without Logging In?

Unfortunately, you cannot start the KYC process without being logged into the account assigned to complete the KYC application. This requirement is in place to ensure your information remains secure and confidential.

What Documents Do I Need to Complete the KYC?
