If you need to adjust the final price to match your internal records or specific agreements — for example if there’s a "chip" (a price reduction agreed at collection) — you can do so directly within the payment flow. The system will automatically provide an updated cost breakdown for your accounts department.
Steps to Amend the Price
Start the Payment: Navigate to the payment section for your transaction and click Review and Pay.
Access the Review Page: Proceed until you reach the Review Payment Details page.
Edit the Amount: Locate the Amend Purchase Price field and enter the amount you would like to reduce the final price by — not the new total. For example, if you’re reducing the price by £100, type 100, not the final total price.
Review the New Breakdown: Once the price is changed, the system will instantly generate a new Review Payment Details page based on the updated figure.
Confirm details: Before clicking 'Process Payment,' confirm all amounts are correct, and if applicable, check the finance settlement to confirm all details are matching.
Complete Transaction: After verifying the new figures, click Process Payment.
Tip: Always perform the price amendment before finalizing the transaction to ensure your digital paper trail remains consistent for auditing.
Topping up after a price change:
If you’re paying with Wallet funds, you only need the adjusted (reduced) amount available in your Wallet — not the original price.
