Ask a current Director to sign an Authorisation Letter on company letterhead confirming you can act for the business, then upload it with your application.
You need this if your name is not listed as an active Director or person with significant control on Companies House.
Checklist for a Successful Submission
To prevent your onboarding from being delayed, ensure your uploaded letter meets these exact criteria:
Must be written on official company letterhead.
Must clearly state your full legal name and your authorisation to act on behalf of the business.
Must be signed by a current active Director listed on Companies House.
