A dealer is automatically paused if there is a red flag against the account. Red flags include overdue enquiries in the To-do list, being unresponsive for a few days, unconfirmed purchases, unpaid accounts, etc...

If your account is paused you can still login and deal with the customers as usual. It just means no new quotes are sent out until the red flags are resolved. Once everything is back on track, the account automatically reactivates.
