We contact the sellers of any unsold listings where there are bids below the Reserve Price to help them accept the highest offer or relist the vehicle back to auction.
If you have the highest offer below the Reserve Price after auction, here’s what you need to do:
Buy Now - Simply click the ‘Buy Now’ button to purchase the listing at full asking to take off the platform immediately.
Increase Offer - If you don’t want to pay the ‘Buy Now’ price, you can add offers to any listing that didn’t sell at auction, where the seller can choose to accept directly.
Unsold Vehicles - If a vehicle neither sells at auction nor receives an offer, then they'll be tagged as 'unsold' and will be taken off the platform.
