We’ve made our post-sales process simple to save you time and effort. Here’s an overview of the next steps:
Sale agreed - We’ll share the seller’s details in your ‘Won’ folder.
Document collection - We can collect all the relevant documents you’ll need for the vehicle purchase directly from the seller. Simply contact your Account Manager to
enrol for our document collection service.
Contact the seller - Introduce yourself to the seller via phone or email within 48 hours of the purchase.
Delivery - You can request for us to arrange collection and delivery through our partners.
Invoicing - We’ll send all invoices 1 week after collection via email to your billing address.
