Here’s what you have full autonomy over when setting up or making changes to your account:

YOU can:

  • Set up default welcome messages

  • Set up default holding messages

  • Set up message templates

  • Upload stock lists for Carwow to set up

The following processes can only be actioned internally by the Carwow teams:

WE can:

  • Set up/adjust pricing

  • Upload profile pics

  • Set up stock lists

  • Add/remove end users

  • Create/onboard sites

  • Send out reports/statistics

No changes will be made without confirming all the relevant details with you. If any adjustments are required for your account, then feel free to contact us directly.
