Enquiries are deemed ‘chargeable’ if there has been no enquiry exchanged between the user and dealership on a specific make/model in the last 30 days.

For example, if there's an enquiry on 12th April between User A and Dealer B on a VW Golf, it will be chargeable ONLY if no enquiry has been made between 13th March and 12th April (30 days ago).
