Step-by-Step: Handling a Payment Offline
Use this process to clear pending transactions or remove deals that were cancelled after the payment was already started:
Navigate: Go to the “Requires Attention” tab in your Carwow Wallet.
Select: Find the relevant transaction and choose “Handle Payment Offline.”
Confirm: Acknowledge that the payment will be handled manually or that the sale is no longer proceeding.
Once confirmed, the entry will be removed from your active transactions, leaving you with a clean history.
