If your ID submission was rejected, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
The document has expired: Ensure your passport or driver’s license is currently valid.
Blurry or cropped image: The entire document must be visible, including all four corners. Avoid glares, flash reflections, or fingers covering important information.
Name mismatch: The name on the ID must exactly match the name listed on Companies House or your corporate registration documents (e.g., watch out for shortened names or missing middle names).
How to sort it:
Take a fresh, high-resolution photo of your valid photo ID in a well-lit room without flash.
Ensure it is saved as a clear PDF, JPG, or PNG.
Go back to your Carwow Wallet menu to re-upload.
