If you are setting up the Carwow Wallet on behalf of your dealership but your name is not legally listed as an active Director or person with significant control on Companies House, you must submit an Authorized Representative Letter (PPTA).
Checklist for a Successful Submission
To prevent your onboarding from being delayed by an unexpected RFI, ensure your uploaded letter meets these exact criteria:
Must be written on official company letterhead.
Must clearly state your full legal name and your authorization to act on behalf of the business.
Must be signed by a current active Director listed on Companies House.
