Upload either 4 recent invoices (2 issued to your customers and 2 received from your vehicle suppliers) or a vehicle sales contract signed by a company director.
To prevent delays, please do not upload website screenshots or brochures – we need formal trade documentation.
How to sort it:
If your dealership is a Limited Company, provide one of the following accepted documents:
Recent Invoices (4 total): Provide two recent invoices issued to your customers AND two invoices received from your vehicle suppliers (dated within the last 3-6 months).
Signed Sales Contract: A vehicle sales contract or manufacturer supply agreement that has been signed by a company director.
Ensure the company name and address on these documents perfectly match the details you entered in your Carwow Wallet profile.
